Part one  Description of HT-14DT Fine wire drawing machine with annealer:

      HT-14DT annealing machine is to use short-circuit contact annealing principle, annealing power is DC power, applied to the annealing soft production of copper line, annealing machine makes up  of the conductive system, oxidative protection systems, cooling systems, drying systems, electrical systems and other components. The way of oxidative production steam adopts steam protection (the device comes with a steam generator); cooling lubrication using the dilute concentration of drawing cycle. Generally speaking , it needs setting up pools or an external heat exchanger to cool (external heat exchangers and cooling towers by the user-owned); drying system uses compressed air and mold to dry. The used cooling water and compressed should be prepared by the user. The SCR of annealing electrical control adopts strong fan to cool.
